Continuously measuring involves consistently enhancing the effectiveness of our safety program. A group consisting of managers and operators conducts frequent Safety Observation Rounds with the intention of identifying areas where enhancements can be implemented. These individuals receive training to recognize opportunities for improvement. The results of their observations are recorded, evaluated, and addressed accordingly.

Reporting near misses is strongly encouraged among our personnel as it enhances the likelihood of preventing future incidents. We consider a near miss as a genuine occurrence and diligently identify its underlying cause to ensure its non-recurrence. We consistently measure and evaluate every aspect of our operations on a daily basis across all our terminals. This systematic approach allows us to enhance our standards and establish globally recognized practices.
